At the Agrishow 2024 event in Brazil, New Holland introduced FieldOps, a new free-to-use farm management web portal and mobile app. It incorporates real-time monitoring, remote display viewing and a new, intuitive interface to enable growers to manage their data more effectively.
Key features include location and duty status updates in real-time, as well as remote views of the in-cab displays to enable managers to support their operators. Agronomic data layers can be overlayed onto the field view throughout the season, and machine health and data are instantly delivered through the platform.
Through collaboration with Intelsat, New Holland claims that FieldOps will be the first system on the market to be accessible in areas that do not have consistent internet access through conventional mobile networks.
“Agriculture is changing rapidly, and farmers are increasingly asking us to support them with simple solutions for complex problems. Our approach is always putting customers at the centre and it is our job to help by developing technological products that improve their productivity”, said Carlo Lambro, brand president.
“FieldOps was created thanks to our customers’ feedback, prioritizing simplicity and intuitiveness for the interface. It enables farmers to improve their efficiency and profitability, whether they’re investing in a new fleet or adding automation to their existing machines.”
The app is currently in the final stages of development and is expected to be released later this year. For more information go to www.newholland.com
