ISO Farm Research, a joint project between manufacturer Amazone, EXAgT, EXA Computing, geo-konzept, Hanse-Agro, the Kiel University of Applied Sciences and the startup AgDoIT has been nominated for the DLG-Agrifuture Concept Winner for pioneering work in agricultural technology.
The project is designed for trial work, automating the design of trials, the implementation, data acquisition and analysis, using the ISOBUS standard. It combines all agronomic data into one pool to create a holistic picture of the farm including FMIS data, soil information and agrotechnical measures.
It is vendor-neutral and allows mixed fleets and automation to be used. Machine characteristics are taken into account, and drones and sensors can be used with the system to perform geo-referenced assessments, as well as to import crop data and yield mapping. All trial data is then consolidated centrally and evaluated and can be viewed at any time.
The system will on show at Agritechnica. For more information go to www.agdoit.com
