Kubota has announced that Gary Walsh will step into the role of agricultural and groundcare dealer manager for Ireland.
Gary has been with Kubota for the last eight years, including roles of regional sales representative and aftersales dealer manager. Before that, he worked as a technician following a four-year apprenticeship.
“I’m delighted to be able to step up and take on the role of agricultural and groundcare dealer manager for Ireland,” he said. “This is a great opportunity to work much more closely with my dealers, to support them as they grow their businesses by introducing the Kubota brand to a wider audience.
“Kubota’s agricultural business throughout Ireland is at a point where there is room to grow,” he added. “Alongside a well-respected and proven portfolio of groundcare equipment, the M-series tractors, R0 loaders and KTH telehandler have a lot to offer farmers.”
Speaking about Gary’s appointment as a dealer manager, Kubota’s agricultural and groundcare sales manager Tim Yates said: “Gary’s knowledge provides us with a great opportunity to continue supporting dealers as they continue to build on the growth already achieved in agricultural and groundcare markets across Ireland.”
