According to the Agricultural Engineers Association (AEA), tractor registrations in September were close to the seasonal average but a little lower than in the same month last year.
1,070 machines were registered during the month, 3% above the five-year average, but 7.7% lower than the number in September 2021.
It brings the total for the year to 9,297 machines, 5.6% lower than in the same period in 2021 but a little ahead of the five-year average.
