John Deere has announced new systems to enable customers to maintain and repair their equipment.
The new suite of digital solutions will be rolled out in the US later this year, and European farmers will also benefit from the new functionalities.
The company notes that independent operators and workshops in Europe already have access to a wide array of information under the RMI (Repair and Maintenance Information) regulations, available at rmi.deere.com.
However, new functionality will come forth including integrating the RMI data into the Operations Center platform. Quick Reference Guides and free digital manuals for select operations will also be made available.
