APF 2024, taking place at Ragley Estate, Alcester, from the 19th to the 21st of September will see a host of traditional woodland crafts being demonstrated.
Over thirty craftspeople will be demonstrating rarely seen skills such as clog making, coracles, charcoal burning, wheelwrighting, tent peg making, hazel whisket baskets, oak swill baskets, willow baskets, hazel hurdles, chair making, cane & rush seating, dugout canoes, rake making, willow weaving, pole lathe turning and many more.
Visitors will also be able to see the British Horse loggers and their timber horses in action, as well as get the opportunity to hold the reins.
In addition to the 300 exhibitors, there are further activities including axe throwing, tree climbing, chainsaw simulators, lumberjacks, chainsaw carvers and more.
