Tillage-Live returns to Scotland next month, crossing the border to East Lothian, near Dunbar. Now in its 31st year, the event, which is organised by the Agricultural Engineers Association (AEA) will take place on the 28th of September and will feature demonstrations of the latest crop establishment technology.
The live demonstration arena will include machines working on stubble and in different cover crops, as well as giving visitors the chance to see a selection of sprayers running throughout the day. Working demonstrations will be held by manufacturers including: Amazone, Horsch, KRM, Kuhn, Kverneland, John Deere, McCormick, Ovlac, Sumo, Opico and Vaderstad.
Kayleigh Holden, event organiser, explained: “The AEA are extremely pleased that Tillage-Live will be taking place at Dunbar in 2022. The site, which was previously used in 2018, offers excellent facilities for manufacturers to showcase their machinery to potential customers and visitors and we would like to thank Eweford Farm for hosting the event once again.”
The event is easily accessible next to the A1 at Spott Roundabout, Dunbar with signage for the visitor’s entrance. More information can be found at www.tillage-live.com and you can follow the latest news on social media using #tillgrowspray
