The Institute for Agriculture and Horticulture (TIAH) will be part of the discussion about rural business growth and resilience at the Cultivate conference in May.
As the official continuing professional development (CPD) partner for the conference, TIAH will guide delegates on how to make the most of training and professional development.
TIAH chief executive Stephen Jacob explained: “As the only business growth conference focused exclusively on the rural and agricultural sector, Cultivate recognises that skilled, resilient people are at the heart of every successful rural business. TIAH’s role is to support everyone working in farming and growing, including business owners and leaders, to go on building their skills through every stage of their careers.
“In addition to being inspired by the line-up of fantastic speakers and collaboration opportunities on the day, delegates can join us on our stand to find out how to maximise their CPD opportunities. Everyone who attends the conference will earn TIAH CPD points to demonstrate their commitment to their ongoing development.”
Andy Venables, conference founder and MD of Hillsgreen digital marketing agency, added: “TIAH’s values of supporting ongoing development and collaboration fit perfectly with those of the Cultivate conference. Alongside the contributions from industry experts and highly successful entrepreneurs, TIAH’s involvement will be a vital element of the day as we seek to offer practical, actionable advice to ensure the success of rural businesses.”
The Cultivate Conference takes place on Wednesday, May 1, at Heaton House Farm, Macclesfield, SK11 0RD. For more information, visit the Cultivate conference website.
