Agricultural auctioneers Kivells have announced one of the largest sales of tractors, handlers and machinery, which will take place at Holsworthy Market on Saturday the 5th February.
The sale will include two dispersals of equipment. The first is from Lark Plant Agricultural Contractors, with an entire fleet of Fendt, John Deere and New Holland tractors, as well as a lineup of hedge trimmers, dump and silage trailers, balers, arable and slurry equipment.
The second comes from KEA Agricultural Contractors, who have made the decision to retire. A large consignment of tractors will be sold, alongside a 2017 JCB telehandler, with 1,100 hours on the clock, silage trailers, slurry tankers and arable goods.
Other lots include a Claas Cougar 1400 self-propelled mower, believed to be one of only two left working in the UK and, with five mowers, is one of the largest units in the world. Staines Trailers Ltd will put up a range of ex-hire trailers for sale, alongside three slurry tankers that have been used to haul water.
Over 1,400 lots will be sold at the event, which starts at 9.30am with the sale of 200 lots of pet food, closely followed by 250 new tools and equipment supplied by an outlet in Chepstow. The larger lineup of agricultural equipment will go under the hammer at 11am.
Potential bidders can attend in person, or bid online via MartEye (from 11am), on the phone or via commission bidding.
