Case IH has announced that it will be exhibiting at major agricultural trade shows in Europe from September 2021 in a bid to reconnect with customers and introduce the latest product offerings.
This will include the first public showings of the AFS Connect Quadtrac and Optum tractors, the latest Puma models, the Axial-Flow 9250 AFS Harvest Command combine and the LB436 HD large square baler.
While the exhibition programme remains subject to change depending on the Covid-19 pandemic, Case IH hopes to return to trade shows on the 7-9th September, at Innov-Agri, at Outarville, France. The company will launch the latest Optum range at the event, which has 160 hectares of field demonstrations.
Also in 2021, Case IH will attend Agribex, Belgiums largest indoor trade fair for agriculture, which takes place at the Brussels Expo from the 7-12th December.
In 2022, Case IH has confirmed that it will exhibit at FIMA 2022 (8-12th February) in Zaragoza, Spain, and Agritechnica, in Hanover, Germany, which moved from its traditional November dates to the 27th of February to the 5th March due to Covid-19 concerns.
Later in the year, the company will take part in both SIMA (Parc des Expositions de Paris-Nord Villepinte, Paris, 6-10th November) and EIMA International (Bologna, Italy).
The final confirmed date for 2022 is Agraria 2022 at Wels, Austria, taking place from the 23rd to the 26th of November.
Commenting on the company’s return to live agricultural events Ville Mansikkamäki, vice president, Case IH Europe, stated: “I am delighted that Case IH will once again be exhibiting at agricultural fairs throughout Europe, with the emphasis on ensuring the safety of our staff and customers at all times.
“Earlier in the year, when very stringent COVID-19 travel restrictions were in place, we organized Case IH ‘YOUNIVERSE’, the first digital agricultural machinery fair for farmers, contractors and dealers. This online event was very successful in conveying our view of the future and the critical role enhanced connectivity will play in making the agricultural industry more efficient, productive, and sustainable.
“However, at Case IH we appreciate that digital events cannot replace face-to-face interaction with farmers. Our priority is to have the best possible relationship with our customers, so for us, YOUNIVERSE is a complement to normal shows, events, and roadshows. At Agritechnica we will use a new hybrid format, combining the physical event with our digital platform. This will allow us to extend our reach to all those who are unable to travel to the physical fair, enabling them to connect and experience Case IH news live, wherever they are.”
