Corteva has announced that it has completed the acquisition of two companies within the growing biologicals market. Symborg, which is based Murcia, Spain, and Stoller, based in Houston, Texas, were brought into the fold on the 2nd of March.

We believe their knowledge and expertise, combined with Corteva’s innovations capabilities, will come together to form a leading Biologicals Business ready to accelerate and grow with the rapidly expanding biologicals market.”
Corteva and Symborg previously collaborated to bring the products UtrishaTM N and BlueNTM to market. The company offers a diversified portfolio, skilled employees and subsidies across the world to reach more than 50 countries. Stoller has a strong track record, with more than 50 years of experience in 60 countries, bringing with it a strong reputation in the biologicals industry.
Corteva believes that these acquisitions will position it at the top of the biologicals market, which is expected to be the fastest growing crop protection segment, representing 25% of the market by 2035.
