Landini’s tracked Trekker machine is available as either a cab or platform model, with F and M specifications to signify either orchard and vineyard work, or hillside and open field operations respectively. Across all specifications, there is a choice of steel tracks between 360mm and 450mm, or 450mm agricultural rubber tracks.
The Trekker4 120 is powered by a four-cylinder Deutz-Ag engine, with 1,000-hour maintenance intervals. It produces 112hp and 420Nm.
Power is put to the ground through a 16×8, four-speed, synchronised mechanical transmission, with the option of creeper gears or overdrive, the latter of which increases the maximum speed from 12kph to 14.8kph.
A triple-pump hydraulic system is supplied, with 84 litres/min available solely for services, and 28 litres powering the steering pump. To make the system more efficient, it has been optimised to provide 57 litres/min at just 1,500rpm.
The rear linkage has a capacity of 4,500kg and comes as standard with a hydraulically operated third point and right rod to speed up connections.
Regardless of the specification, the operator station is suspended on four hydro-silentblocks, complemented by a Grammar pneumatic seat.
When the six-pillar cabin is fitted, active carbon filtration is available, along with DAB radio with Bluetooth, air conditioning and a full package of LED lights.
