Using an Agco Power four-cylinder engine, the N175 Direct produces 165hp and 680Nm of torque, with a two-stage boost system pushing the maximum output up to 201hp and 800Nm during transport or PTO operations.
Through the Direct continuously variable transmission, the company claim that 92% of the speeds available are transmitted with the best possible power efficiency, with the most mechanical force available in reverse, making it suitable for rear-mounted buckrakes during silage operations.
The hydraulic system has also been revised, running at a low rpm to produced 115 litres/min. With configurable flow rates and valve controls through the SmartTouch monitor.
Something that makes every Valtra tractor unique is the ability to put each model through the Unlimited Studio, providing access to a comprehensive list of bespoke options.
This can include new cab trims, additional mounting points for specialist equipment and the TwinTrac system, which enables the operator station to rotate through 180deg for a better visibility over rear-mounted implements. For precision farming systems, Valtra also offers four different specification packages.
Rounding out the machine is the Aires front axle suspension, said to be able to handle high loads from either a loader, or the optional front linkage.
A full LED lighting package is available and all the tractor information is located within the digital A-pillar display, meaning that it remains in view even as the operator rotates the chair watch over the implement.
