Pöttinger’s Cross Flow technology enables swathes to be merged without the need for a conditioning unit on the mower. An auger is mounted on the rear and enables forage to be moved to the centre or spread out across the full width of the machine.
Now the company is offering its Cross Flow technology on the Novacat V 9200. According to the company, customer demand has driven this development and due to the lack of conditioner, the machine remains low weight and boasts a low power requirement.
The unit is suitable for grass and whole crop silage, with the lack of conditioner ensuring that the forage is handled gently.
