The Agricultural Engineers Association (AEA) has released figures for tractor registrations in July. Figures were 12.7% higher than in the same month last year, with 1,097 machines registered in that time.
The AEA notes that registrations in July 2022 were unusually low, however, and that the monthly results have dropped below the seasonal average. In fact, this year’s July registrations were 8% below the five-year average between 2017 and 2021.
Despite this, the total for January to July now sits at 7,874 units, 6.5% higher than the same period last year.
