JCB’s Loadall 514-40, the smallest telescopic handler in the company’s portfolio, will make its Scottish debut at this year’s Royal Highland Show, running from the 22nd to the 25th of June.
It measures just 1.56m wide and 1.8m high, with a maximum load capacity of 1,450kg, decreasing to 1,300kg at a 4m lift height and 525kg when extended to full reach. The company states that it has the largest cabin in its class, as well as offering four-wheel steering and a low gross weight for transport on a standard road trailer between sites.
Dealership Scot Agri will showcase the new model, alongside larger machines including the 532-60 and 542-70 Loadalls; the TM420S and TM320S telescopic wheeled loaders; the Teletruk telescopic forklift; a 403 ultra-compact wheeled loader and the latest Fastrac 4200 iCON.
