Cainthus facial recognition technology will be demonstrated by Cargill at DairyTech, Stoneleigh on February 6, 2019.
Cainthus, a company in which Cargill has an equity investment, uses this predictive imaging to help dairy producers customise care for their animals.
The technology monitors behaviour to give an insight into the health and well-being of dairy cattle using predictive imaging analysis.
“It can help to identify and solve problems before production and health are impacted,” says Philip Ingram who will be one of the Cargill team on the stand demonstrating the Cainthus system.
Dr Ingram is also presenting ‘Caithus: one eye on your farm, one eye on your future’ at DairyTech, in the InnovationHub at 14.55.
