It has been announced that the Massey Ferguson 5700 M series will be fitted with Ceat Specialty Farmax tyres – a partnership that will reportedly strengthen the tyre manufacturer’s presence within the premium market.
The first tractor to be fitted with the tyres will be the MF 5711 M 115hp machine, shod with Farmax R65 440/65 R28 and 540/65 R38 boots.
These feature tilted lug tips for improved comfort, as well as self-cleaning mud breakers and a wider tread to minimise soil compaction.
Both companies plan to extend the collaboration across the Massey Ferguson portfolio, strengthening an already established partnership.
Commenting, Amit Tolani, chief executive of Ceat Specialty, said: “Our collaboration with AGCO-Massey Ferguson’s European Operations represents a new chapter in the journey of Ceat Specialty.
“The Ceat Farmax tyres, coupled with Massey Ferguson’s cutting-edge tractor technology, offer unparalleled performance and durability. Together, we are setting a new standard for excellence in the agri-equipment industry, empowering farmers with the best tools to meet their farming needs.”
