Following delays due to a location that straddles both the Sanem and Esch-sur-Alzette communes, Joskin has now reported good progress on its ESA factory in Luxembourg.
Construction started in December 2023 and the erection of the west hall framework is now complete, with cladding and roofing sheets now being installed.
The 15,800sq m site is built on 6.2ha, with 1.4ha of green space, and will house the assembly lines for monocoque tipping trailers and muckspreaders.
The completion date is the end of October, with the installation of equipment taking place next January. Joskin predicts that the factory will be up and running by the 3rd quarter of 2025.
